Brera Eyewear's approach is firmly rooted in the research and studies of designers, artists and architects. Rather than chasing the latest volatile trends, it welcomes the world of design to be a part of that of eyewear instead.

Brera Eyewear has a mission: to represent the continuity between creativity and innovation by transforming eyewear from a simple accessory to an icon, a manifesto of design thinking.

The Brera district, a cultural symbol and the beating heart of the design and art scenes in Milan, represents the core of Brera Eyewear's vision: creating synergistic connections between the designers called to collaborate with the brand and design lovers.

Eye glasses, intimate and personal objects that shield our eyes from the outside world but at the same time filter the world to our personal liking, become designer made “real” objects conceived to survive the passing of time and fashion trends.

Brera eyewear was born from an intuition of founder Sergio Boroni, who, driven by a passion for the project and a personal vision, interprets the world of eyewear by combining it with that of top-level design whose main characteristic is that of lasting in time and always being current.

Sergio has decided to firmly distance BRERA from fast changing fashion trends, choosing instead to offer durable and timeless accessories as are the pieces created and designed by the true icons of design and architecture collaborating with the project.
